Rules & Regulations

1.  A student shall abide by all the Rules & Regulations and standing orders of the institution that are in force and that will be made herein. In case, s/he found to be guilty, the authority may take any action as deemed fit against him / her inclusive of expulsion from the institute.

2.  A student should pay all his /her dues in time and shall not claim any refund whatsoever may be the reason.

3. All the fee / dues paid by a student in the institute are neither refundable nor transferable.

4. A student should posses a good moral Character.

5.  A student shall not take part in such activities which are deterrent the discipline of the institute.

6. Monthly minimum 80% attendance is must for appearing in the Final exam as a regular student.

7. If a student that continuously remaining absent for 15 days or above without any valid reason may struck off (Deregister) his / her name from NICE database as a regular student.

8. Every student's name  has been registered under SCTE & VT,  Odisha through GIET & AST.

9. The Semester Exam Centre will be in Odisha.

10. A deregistered student may re-register his/ her name by the payment of Rs 5000/- and and undertaking of non repeat of such incidents.
